| Returned Mail |
A piece of mail that is sent out from an organisation and
subsequently returned because it is undeliverable by Australia Post, either
because the address does not exist, or the recipient does not live at that
address |

A process of reducing the amount of undeliverable mail by
enacting a number of integrated tactics. May include the use of barcodes,
update flags on the MCR and clean teams. |

The process of standardising records. The process incorporates
converting the input into a standard format and identifying individual name
and address entities. Usually an automated process using proprietary tool
sets |
| Single Customer View |
The ability to see all of a customer's services and products
in one view. As opposed to traditional architecture where different products
are held and viewed in separate systems. |

A document that describes an agreed, orthodox method of performing
a particular function. Generally distributed widely throughout an industry
