
For those who have visited our Adelaide Office, you could not have failed to
notice in our foyer, our magnificent Shrine to the Customer. The following dedication
accompanies her.
"Today is a special one in the growth and development of InteractCM.
For this day marks the formal unveiling of our Shrine to Customers. This marks
our place. A sign of our maturing as the practitioners and consultants, the
ones who hold the key to "Unlock the True Potential of Our Clients".
Our Shrine is the embodiment and representation of all customers. Not just
customers of ours, customers across the world and through time. As such she
represents many things - she represents our honour and respect. She is at peace.
She is happy and content. Her needs have been met - her personal, professional
and spiritual needs. She has been served - completely. She is whole. She is
at One.
Our shrine has confidence. She communicates with grace and ease. She does not
demand, rather, she engages. She calls on us to put aside our personal issues,
our work issues our problems and egos. She asks us to serve and Unlock the True
Potential.
Her position in our entrance hall has been chosen with care. By her presence
in our daily lives and her simply being, our passing, our acknowledgement, will
have been made. We shall give what it is she asks.
On this day, I unveil our Shrine to Customers. Long may she call on us to serve."
